Fill In The Story -  In this activity, students will need to write down an essay about their experiences in sports. They will describe which one is their favourite with sentences. This activity can help students reach higher writing skills as they will be practising writing essays. -  You have participated school marathon and won the first place week in school. It was fun and healthy. So, tell your whole story about it in the form of an essay. Content Standards: 4.2 Communicate basic information intelligibly for a range of purposes in print and digital media  Learning Standards:  4.2.5 Connect sentences into a coherent paragraph using basic coordinating conjunctions and reference pronouns   Instructions; 1. FUN ENVELOPES For this activity, students will be commanded to write a short message and send it to different students in class.   In this activity, students will be asked to play a role (sport situations). Before the lesson, teacher prepare the index cards. In the card, it is already written the things that students can do . For example :- You broke your leg playing sports. You are at the hospital and your parent comes to see and want to know what happened. Tell your parent how you broke your leg. Instructions Organize students into small groups. Give each group an index card with a situation written on it. Tell students that members of each group will work together to dramatize the scene on the card. Give students a few minutes to brainstorm ideas for the scene. Have each group act out the situation. Let the class discuss the scenes and outcomes. Write students' responses on the board or on a chart.   In the simplest form of classroom survey practice the teacher hands out ready made questions (4 questions) for each student around a topic that is being studied. Let's say the topic is get active. Each student could be given the same questions, or there could be several different  questions such as :- What's you favorite sport? Are you good at running? In your opinion, what's the easiest sport? Do you like cycling? Then each student partners with several others, one-by-one and asks them the questions on the paper. The student asking the questions will note down the responses from their peers. At the end of the session, students may be asked to stand up and summarize what they found out from their survey. TELEPHONE CUP GAME Students in this game are responsible for paying close attention to their peers as well as successfully relaying a message. It encourages students to distinguish similar sounding words from one another and can be used as an introductory activity to any topic.
